As leaders, we are expected to have the answers. We’re the ones who know how to navigate challenges, drive strategy, and inspire our teams. But what if the most powerful thing we could do as leaders in 2025 is to recognise and embrace what we don’t know?

  6. What did we overlook in our own development that, if addressed, could have accelerated our leadership?
